1. Digital Products & Services
All purchases made through ShopiSupp, including but not limited to:
Shopify store builds
Custom supplement brand setups
Digital downloads, templates, or guides
Coaching, consulting, or strategy sessions
are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
Due to the nature of digital products and services, we cannot issue refunds after the work has begun or files have been delivered.
2. Done-For-You Services
For any custom or done-for-you services:
A refund will not be issued once the project has started.
If a client decides to cancel before work begins, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
3. Payment Plans
If you are enrolled in a payment plan:
You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services or access.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment or billing error
Service was not delivered as agreed
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy. We encourage you to reach out to our support team so we can resolve any issue quickly.
