7. Intellectual Property
ShopiSupp retains ownership of its frameworks, templates, and tools.
After full payment, you receive a non-transferable license to use your store and branding assets for your own business.
You may not resell, sublicense, or replicate ShopiSupp deliverables without our written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential information private and use it solely to fulfill obligations under these Terms. This clause remains in effect for three (3) years after the end of the engagement.
